Overpriced books, inefficiency and rude employees.
Always found the books I needed.
I tried to return a book rental with some minimal cover damage the other day. The employee I spoke with was extremely irriatted and short with me when I explained that I did not have my card on me at the moment. I understand that there was some damage to the cover, and am willing to pay for the book. As I am leaving she snidely says to me "Hope you don't mind late fees"... WTF?
Pricey.
Your books and customer service are not worth the effort or money. I will shop else where and recommend others do as well

This place is a joke. Overcharge you for new books, refuse to price match despite advertising it, and lowball you when you try and sell your books back. I'm not kidding when I say go anywhere but here..seriously
So today I attempt to pay for the book online (through an email that was sent to my inbox), but the website will not allow customers to pay online. INEFFICIENT! I then call the store to pay over the phone, which the employee refused to help me with. I do not live in San Marcos, am unable to drive down until next week, and the store is unable to wave the late fee. .. Service such as this is unacceptable, especially in an instant where the customer is reaching out to responsibly take care of a situation
