Not friendly
The agents at this branch are amazing to work with. They always have a smile, are friendly, professional and extremely helpful. We have had great service from this branch every time we've used them. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing financial assistance for any type of loan, debt consolidation or vehicle purchase.
Does not communicate well
Bunch of runaround and phone transfers. Not clear on providing proper instructions or information regarding any of there services. Poor follow through by several of there employees throughout branches. Would never recommended to anyone.
I'm upset bc they keep changing my with draw dates without telling me then when I call all I get is a answering machine
After many attempts to get a loan. I was turned down. They then called me a few weeks later to re apply. The person I talked to said she would call me back, but never did. I finally managed to get a response and they denied me again after she stated she would make sure I get a starter loan. Don't mess with this place. All they do is lie.
