I messed up when I ordered the flowers on the date I needed the flowers sent and they made moved up the date for me. Plus, they delivered them within the hour. Thank you the flowers she got were beautiful! I would order from them again.

Not only did I get flowers a day late because they couldn't find my employer. The arrangement was messy & the leaves & stems were hanging out at the bottom. I had to fix arrangement and put the bottom back in. All they had to do was retouch the arrangement before delivering it again. Then two of the roses had holes & bruises. Wow have never had problem before but will not ever buy my love ones flowers from here again.
I placed and order on the 13th, and needed it delivered the next day on Valentines day, and even left the unit number off of the delivery address. They delivered on time and even earlier in the day, even without having the full address. I was kind of panicking cause I couldn't reach anyone via phone (busy signal, turns out a lot of people call flower shops on Valentines Day) so I could add the unit number but turns out they were already on top of it and I was stressing over nothing. I will DEFINITELY be coming back to Flowerland.
