My husband and I are returning customers of North Carolina. We have made several purchases in the 30 years married. We tend to shop around for good quality and great prices.
Today we purchased a table with 6 chairs but have to order two of the chairs. They were so nice to give us two chairs as loners until our extra chairs come in. So for Thanksgiving our family will be at the table together.
Excellent service and worked on getting us their best price. Very friendly staff, show room floor well set up for customers. I would recommend this store to everyone and I’ll be back in future.

My wife and I went to at least 6 or 7 different furniture companies in and around San Antonio. While some were nice they were extremely expensive. My wife talked about North Carolina Furniture and about their reputation. I was really not looking forward to the drive but thought, what the heck. When we walked in we thought, "we should have came here first"! We were shown different sets, but fell in love with the first set shown. It was extremely comfortable, firm cushions, smooth motorized recliners, which lay all the way down. We bought it on the spot. It was something that you just know and feel. They also have full body massage chairs at a price we couldn't pass up so we purchased one of those also. Talk about getting more bang for your buck. You definitely get it with North Carolina Furniture. I highly recommend 5 out of 5. The General Manager also came out and met us and treated us as if we were family. Again, you'll get more bang for your buck and a family atmosphere second to none. Shop North Carolina Furniture!
I have been looking for a chase sectional for 2 months now. I came across North Carolina Direct Furniture after being very dissappointed by one of their local competitors. Robert one of the sales men took great care of us and exceeded my expectations of the couch buying experience. As soon as walked in the door we knew we had found an exceptional furniture store. The quality of the furniture surpassed other stores we had visited. We also were extremely impressed with the professional and knowledgeable sales people who assisted us. Robert was a delight to work with as he helped us find and pick out the perfect bedroom set and mattress that would best meet our needs. Richard also assisted us with the financing and other areas that were part of the purchasing process.
