Been here since 8:00pm Nov 17th & stupid a** f***ing employees have us tied up preventing us from leaving since so they claim the system is tied up. Have seen over 40 customers pay & leave while here being held against our will due to a supposed technical issue & will not refund because the payment was a debit purchase. I hope management here gets fired since they think customers are supposed to wait & rude a** male assistant manager. I'm seriously gonna get this guy after work when he's least expecting it. This is not a threat but a promise.
