I have been to Herberts multiple times and have always really enjoyed the food and service. I enjoy the cheese enchilada plate and the specials are always great as well. A great place with good prices!
Hands down one of the top places to eat in San Marcos, really busy but worth the wait and prices are awesome. My personal fav is the Herbert's special. Only complaint is the salsa is really spicy so wait till you get your drink to dig in!
I loved this place. It is a little bit small, but their exceptional service made up for it. Their food was amazing. I will definitely come back.
Hands down the best Mexican food I've ever tasted. Been eating Herberts since I was a child. The best queso and they hav big red soda too.
