If you need them to cut the wood you buy, you will have better luck at Home Depot in Kyle. The people working here seem to be either kind older gentleman or rude students. They made a cut for me yesterday and it was perfect, I go back to have the same thing done for spare parts and they look at me like I asked them to shine my shoes. They told me it's up to their discretion whether or not to operate the machine, and they wouldn't do it. Hunter, you may be new but thank you for helping us, you're the only reason we came back in the first place. Please teach your coworkers how to do their job because they aren't as capable with a saw, or aren't as capable of actually working on the clock.
AJ asked us if needed help while walking through plumbing area. Did so in a timely fashion too! Helped us with our purchase, brought it up front, and loaded it in the bed of the truck. Friendly, personable and knowledgeable. Haven't had a bad experience at this Lowe's yet!
