I called about 3 weeks ago to get a quote lady took my info said she was going to call me back with the price SHE NEVER DID! next day I called again to ask if she had it ready she stated she lost my info and needed it again. I was so disappointed in the unprofessionalism of the employees here. Don't get me wrong progressive is a good insurance I had them before for over3 years but I moved to California and had moved back that's when I had requested a quote. Management at this place should train their employees how to be more professional and learn how to treat their customers! Like the other comments avoid this place
The manager has helped me with my auto and home insurance with excellent customer service! They are easy to work with and very friendly.
These fraudsters lowered my coverage- significantly- while keeping the premium the same after renewal. After discovering that and getting a new policy (and better coverage for significantly less) elsewhere, not only did they charge me 18% of the premium even though I was covered for less than 10% of the term, getting them to actually pay the refund was like pulling teeth. Avoid doing business here.
Worst people, unprofessional, rude, yells at you on the phone. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!
