This place is extremely noisy and overly trendy. The movie seating and theatre itself was great, but the waiting area outside was like a college town club smashed into a game room arcade. Lots of young people, excessively loud music, flashing lights, weird seating, and video games failing to interest anyone at the front. Even the teenagers seemed to think it was overkill. They do have a great bar, though.
This place has become a cornerstone in San Marcos for me and my family. Even if it was just the theater, it's the best movie watching experience for miles! But, the food is great, great drink specials. The bowling is affordable and a blast! Plus, they have a bunch of board games that help people really connect there. Love this place! we are there at least once a week!
Phenomenal set up. You can watch t.v. on a big screen, go bowling, eat real food, drink at an actual bar. The theaters have servers that come to your seat. Big comfy seats...that recline! $5 Tuesdays are amazing.
Matinee is priced at $7, this buys you an assigned seat in theater with a motorized reclining chair. They have food to offer in theater similar to Alamo Drafthouse. Cold but nice experience. They don't get 4 stars because I haven't tried out everything and because their entrance is not appealing.
This was my first time at the spot and I was excited to go here. I’m giving it 2 stars because I attended the 7:20 IT show on October 9 and to my surprise we were not greeted by any server. We were not asked if we needed anything before the movie and nobody acknowledged me trying to get their attention. Honestly I’m not one to write reviews had I not seen the servers greet and give service to the other 6 people in the movie theatre. Yes, there was only 6 other people in the that theatre so why I didn’t get service I have no clue. Thanks for the first time experience.
