I used PODS service to move from Nj to Texas thinking it would be more convenient. They were mismanaged, unprofessional,and exteremely late. My delivery was a week late, forcing myself and my family to start a new school and job with only the items we had in our suitcases. They had every excuse from the hydrologic lift system was broken to they didn't have me down for delivery to the driver is lost. When my items DID arrive, they were all jostled around and a few items were even broken.After speaking with a complaint resolution person, I was offered $200 for "my troubles" as long as I didn't write any "derogatory reviews" about the company. Needless to say they can keep the money!
