I had a very small leak with one of the lines on our water heater and also needed to make sure our plumbing was up to code. Cody and the gentlemen that were with him were amazing. They gave me a courtesy call to let me know they were on their way and were very fast and very professional. Would definitely use them in the future and definitely recommend to others. Thank you for such great service.

have no complaints. Definitely Recommend.

You can't ask for more! His prices have been reasonable.. And I

He shows up at the scheduled time..and finishes his job quickly.

Just checked my email, and fond a long email from Ms V blaming me on everything. Unbelievable! If exposed, this might become a typical case that a work brings bad mood to work.

I had a every unpleasant experience when I called the company even though the whole phone call lasted for only 4 minutes.

Even though, I still think that this does not represent the company, I used this company before, and the company was also recommended by a friend who had positive experience with the company. I gave a one star rating because of this particular incidence.

The office person did not tell me that they needed to confirm an appointment before they would show up if it was made within 24 hours. I was texted at 7:14am (2 hours before the appointment) while getting ready. Since I missed the text they did not show for the appointment I scheduled. She also used the wrong gender in the text but sent it anyway. I will never know if they are any good at plumbing.

This is really an incredible experience! To be honest, I never had such an experience with any service company. I rarely write reviews and comments online, but this time i have to write one, otherwise I feel it is not fair to other customers. In fact, this morning I have been very happy because of some very excited good news from one of the family members. I really tolerated a lot during this very unpleasant phone conversation. after this phone call, I was so bothered that my hands were shaking for a long while. Because of my job nature I have been working with people a lot, and rarely see situations like this. I don't think that any "normal" person would do anything even close to this. The only thing that I can think of is that Ms V has had some kind of unpleasant matter happened to her. Hopefully this does not represent the normal way the company treats its customers. I would strongly recommend that workers especially workers who have direct contact with customers do not bring their bad mood to work.

The phone conversation lasted 4 minutes!

Exact same problem as the last poster. They tell you they'll be there around 10, then text you at 7:30, and when you don't answer, they don't show up. Rescheduling is a hassle, and I'm pretty sure it's just one lady on a cell phone taking all of the appointments. If you miss your appointment, expect them not to answer you from that number again, or take at least another week to do it.

They installed a water heater for one of my rental properties in San Marcos. I had the new water heater and the pan needed for the installation in the garage where the water heater is. I didnt have any estimate before the installation. The installation itself is good (actually I have not checked it yet.) at least i did not hear any complains from the tenants. Since the bill mailed to me has no details at all, I called the company just want to learn a little bit more details for accounting purpose. Ms V answered my call. Before I finished my very first sentence, V asked me "You don't want to pay?" I said that I just want to know a little more details. She said with a high pitch voice "the bill has all the details." Before I said anything she started to shout at me "the normal installation charge is $650 minimum, do you want to me charge you so much?" It seems that she had a terrible morning and just had a huge fight with someone. I asked her to calm down and told her that I just wanted to learn a little bit more details about the charge, and I even did not complain about the charge at all. She said "if you continue this conversation this way I would hangup the phone", and she did!

I've called Mr Miller twice now and have not been disappointed.
