The location is nice and being walking distance from the Three Dudes and a dog winery does not hurt. Lots of the sites have nice shade trees and you are right on the river. We also were finding a lot of the other RV parks did not allow dogs over 20 pounds and we have two 60+ pounds dogs so we appreciated the dog friendly attitude. They appear to have nice well maintained facilities and it is nice and quiet. This appears to be a great place to stay when you are in the area.
We're checking out a day early because the same guy has been driving thru everyday and night blaring his music and he has the bass turned all the way up. He might even work here (or be related to the owners). The first day we were here, he was parked beside the bath house with all his doors opened and the bass up for at least an hour. He seems shady. He ruined the peaceful getaway we were hoping for. We can hear him clear across the park. I don't see how we're the only ones having an issue with this guy. If we're not, then they're not going a good job taking control of the situation. It's unfortunate because this seems like such a nice park.
This is a Awesome place to stay! ! It has everything you could need to make your stay very comfortable. Clean hot/cold shower and restrooms, washer/dryers, beautiful covered pool and jacuzzi! Right off the river, a lot of shade trees.... This is a 5 Star RV Resort that I have already recommended to family and friends and will continue to do so.... Thank you Pecan Riverside RV park, we had the best time ever staying here, can't wait to get back :-D
This park is unbelievably quiet! The river is super close, the bathroom/showers are clean, the pool and hot tub are cool too. Staff is really great and accommodating. I love it here!
Ok, so its right on the San Marcos River. A canopy of trees will cover the RV. Cable was appreciated. Laundry room clean with stacked washers and dryers so load size is limited. Close to San Marcos. It's quiet!! BUT.. and an annoying but is the grass burrs. Get some glyphosate and kill them little rascals. They are a nuisance and controllable.
