The people who work there are ridiculous.
When I went in the lady that I spiked with was so rude and just had so much attitude I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or what was going on I went in to get a Texas drivers license and surrender my California one the lady wouldn't accept my birth certificate because of a tear on it. I drove to seguin as a co worker had advised me they are friendly and I did they had no problem with taking my birth certificate!!!
I would like to say first, this is the DMV. Where you would go to get car registration, title, plates etc... If you need your driver's license or identification card you will need to go to the DPS as stated above. This place is okay, security is tight, but not over the top. Building is huge and it's easy to go to the wrong department. But I have never encountered long lines, and the staff seems friendly (at least my expierences)
