Honestly the absolute best hotel I have ever stayed in! I went to do a muder mystery for my grandparents 50th anniversary of being married! I'm only 12 and let me just say, it was one of the best weekends ever! I was so satisfied with the food. Even thought I'm such a picky eater. Definitely recommend this hotel! All the rooms are fantastic and it really feels like you're at home! Kathy and her husband run the building. They were so awesome!
Very nice and comfortable place. The entire building has a lot of character, and is only a few blocks from downtown. Everyone working there is incredibly nice and accommodating. The only complaint is the few number of outlets in the rooms, since it's a very old building.
If you are looking for a nice inn, with quaintly decorated rooms, comfy beds, the best gourmet breakfast in town, and someone who treats you like a part of the family, this is the place for you!! Thank you for making us feel at home!
I just spent our birthday weekend here attending the Murder Mystery weekend. The food was fabulous, hospitality tremendous and the group that came together was so fun. We laughed so much. All was great. Five star event. This is Linda Webster but I know my daughter and her fiancé feel the same way.
The room, the service, the location were all great. The breakfast the next morning was the best I have had in a VERY long time. I would high suggest booking your stay with this place and enjoy your stay in San Marcos
