Dr House is amazing . She always answer every question we ask and she takes really good care of our dogs every visit. I highly recommend.
We waited exactly 45 minutes to be seen to get our dog a shot. For it being our first visit, we decided to cancel our appointment and find a new vet instead.
* we aren't totally sure how long we would have waited. We decided to not wait any longer than 45 minutes, so it could've very well been an hour or more. Who knows. The professional thing would be to update the client, but there was absolutely nothing. Noticed the two customers behind us getting really impatient, too.
I left my dog in for the weekend (not knowing she would be left unattended) nobody there to care for the animals, and she passed away alone. They charged me the full estimated bill for three days even though she passed away in less than 24hrs. I think it was negligence. Then I got her cremated and waited almost three weeks to get her remains back. It was the worst experience that I've ever had with a vet. Maybe because my dog died, but alot of things should have been handled differently in this situation, maybe more professionally. Better business decisions with the vets choice of cremator. I don't even know if I got the right remains back from my pet. The paw print was way bigger than what my dog seemed to have had. Just a horrible horrible experience.
Dr. House is absolutely amazing!! She has been our vet for 15 years now. About 6 years ago we moved to Houston. Whenever one of our fur babies is sick or we need to board them, we ALWAYS make a day trip to San Marcos. No ifs ands or butts. It's worth the drive (and we have made many day trips in the those years). She is so loving, caring, trust worthy, and very intelligent. We consider her and the staff more like family!! Hands down Dr. House holds a very special place in our hearts!
Classless... absolutely terrible. They wouldn't see my dog that was bitten by a rattle snake because she wasn't a "previous" customer and didn't have an appointment. How can someone just turn down a dog that is fighting for it's life. Thank goodness for a top notch vet clinic in William-Sebby that took care of my pup and get her healthy.
