I took my rabbit here for the first time and was not expecting such a nice facility! I've never seen anything like it. The staff was very friendly and the wait time to be seen by a vet was not long. My rabbit already seems to be doing better. I'd recommend this clinic to everyone.
I have used this amazing establishment for over 20 years, they care for my children's pets with such compassion and answer any questions that my daughter may have regarding her baby Pip. Everytime one of our pets is in need of care I know that I am providing them with the best care, for a very reasonable price.
The most wonderful experience I've had at a vets office. Of course it's never fun when we have to see our pets sick, but they made dealing with it a lot easier. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The prices are very reasonable, and the wait time was short.
So I use to love this place but after today I will no longer be taking my fur babies here. My experience started two months ago when I took my cat in because he was not eating and lost some weight. Dr. Sebby recommended he stay for a few day but I couldn't afford it at the time so I was sent home with fluids and needles to care for him at home. I wrote a post dated check for 2 months from the date of service with an additional fee so I could bring him back the following Friday for more blood work. My cat didn't make it til Friday so the amount of the check was now overpayment. I went back with a new check to write it for the correct amount and the old hag upfront said she couldn't help me and she didn't know what charge i was talking about. I told her print out a receipt and I pointed out that they charged me for 2 blood panels when he only got one. She told me my new total was 156.50 . I started making out the check (mind you this was only the second time I had ever written a check) I accidently wrote it wrong and she started yelling at me. I told her its ok I can get a new check. Then she started going on about it yelling at me telling me I had made a mistake and now she couldn't take it. I was so mad at this point I just looked at her and told her to calm down and she walked away. I left and returned 2 days later with a new check. I asked to speak with someone else and was told that the old hag with long white hair was the only one I could talk to so I sent my mom in. My mom calls me and tells me my total is now $205 . So I went in to see why. The old hag had added charges to my bill for procedures that weren't done. I told her it was incorrect and she started arguing with me about them telling me i was wrong. She told me well I'm not going to sit here and a true with you about this. Then she asked well what do you want to do. I told her I want to speak to whoever can take these charges off. She says nothing and walks away. After a while she comes back and start talking really loudly so everyone in the building can hear her and starts saying. Well because you couldn't afford treatment when you were here......I was so embarrassed. The month my cat got sick I had been through so much with my daughter being sick, my husband not working because he's going blind and my car crapping out on me I just couldn't afford it right then . I couldn't just let my cat of 10 years suffer so I did what I could for him. I took him here to get help and I was treated like worthless scum. I went home and cried because I have just about lost everything good in my life and here was this old hag who treated me like I was a terrible person. I am just trying my best to support my family and do the best I can. I didn't deserve that. I am so upset I will never recommend them to anyone again. Dr. Sebby is great but the staff is awful. Take your business elsewhere.
I love this clinic. Staff has always been kind and they are great with my dog. They always fit me in and I've never had to wait long between the waiting room and actual visit. I moved a few months ago and am sad that I have to find a new vet. Thanks for the great service for almost 5 years!
