My wife recently sent a bedspread to Comet to be dry-cleaned. When she put it on the bed it was obvious that it had shrunk several inches. She called immediately and asked to speak to the manager as she thought the bedspread was washed instead of dry-cleaned. It's been 4 days and she still hasn't heard from him. Needless to say after using Comet Cleaners for many years, this will be the last time.
