I love going here I always have since they opened. But one of the ladies that work here made me very uncomfortable and made me feel like a horrible human and mother. I told the owner what happened and they tried to make it right. Unfortunately Im still hesitant. I'm pretty much only going to wash clothes on one specific day a week now because she isn't there on that day ... it shouldn't be this way. Once she is no longer there I'll give 5 stars...
If you have to go to a washateria, this one's not bad. Nice, clean, big machines and plenty of them. Only here to wash and dry king sized bedding my own washer can't handle. Fairly pleasant experience, all things considered.
This is probably the best laundry in San Marcos, which isn't saying too much.
The good: Decent hours, prices are low and fair, machines are clean and new. The machines all take credit cards and the wifi is about 25 MBPS.
My favorite laundromat. Always clean, the attendants are friendly and prices are reasonable. The machines are always in excellent working order and they play good music lol.
The ONLY laundromat in San Marcos that I will use. It’s clean, there are LOTS of machines that are well maintained, the facility is attended, and there is the option of purchasing a card that you can load and swipe with the machines, other than using coins.
The bad: The attendants blast music from a single TV near the folding tables. Turn that shit down; nobody wants to hear Selena or George Strait blasting at 7:30 a.m. It also gets hot and crowded at busy times.
Please tell me why the lady that hates kids is still here? When I don't have my kids she is nice. when I have my baby I have to watch over this woman so she doesn't blame things on her... I see multiple reviews about parents complaining ...something needs to be done.
