I thought this was a nice place but was there today and someone stole my bag while I was in the restroom! Guess I know better next time. I mean it's clean and the $ are good. So I guess I'm just going to have to start keeping my stuff with me even in the restroom
Wouldn't recommend this place. Used the "Wash and fold" service to get home and find my clothes completely ruined. Immediately went back to the store to be told that It is no longer their problem since the clothes left the store(less than 10 minutes earlier). They put the clean laundry inside of trash bags so you are not able to see them until you pull them out to put them up. Even then, they didn't bother to mention to me that my clothes were obviously not in the same shape as when i dropped them off. I asked them to call the owner multiple times but they constantly lied about not being able to. I will NEVER use this business again and I would not recommend it if you are expecting to get home with the clothes in good shape as you brought them in.
The service they provide is incompetent and unreliable. On two occasions they ruined my clothes. Remember its a "Wash and FOLD" But you have to unfold your laundry and check it before you leave the place. On two occasions the lady ignorantly shut one of my polos in the dryer and let it take its toll. tore a dozen tiny holes. Then got some kind of black stuff on 8 of my nice shirts and 2 of my work shirts. Brought it back up there 4 times and they would tell me come back tomorrow, they refused to give me the owners information. They said they couldn't. Its clean, but this business is a sketch. Their policies are BS and only protect their ass, not their work!

Okay so the ladies are all super nice such a great place to go there customer service is amazing they always help me with my clothes which is aajor plus since I have a 10months old and would have to take 3 trips just to get ally clothes
